Yoga has been Patricia’s touchstone since 1993 when she began studying with Senior Iyengar Yoga teachers. She teaches gentle yoga for seniors and people with health challenges, as well as more vigorous yogasana (exercises), breathwork and meditation for all ages.
Patricia considers the unique health needs and concerns of each of her clients. She assists them in creating space, balance, awareness and flexibility. In this process the body/mind/spirit clears the root cause of ailments – not just symptoms. She utilizes yogasana, breathing (pranayama), chanting, meditation techniques and Ayurvedic wellness principles in her work.
